The landlords and the staff were always cordial and polite to me and the apartment was really beautiful with gigantic windows and was super close to the university. "Terrific building, great management and maintenance, excellent location!! Units: The units are renovated and have nice finishes. The closet space and storage is quite large. Management: Spectacular, friendly management is always available. They make sure the building is very well-maintained. I love how well kept the building is. The second there is snow, there is someone outside clearing the sidewalk and always making sure the building is clean. Location: Great location in the UIC Medical district and near restaurants and parks. Overall, Harris Point Chicago has very well run buildings with great service. I highly recommend them!"

"My experience with Harris Point Chicago was the best!! I’ve enjoyed living here the past 3 years. The residents are super friendly and I’ve made friends with my neighbors. Management is great. Whenever I have an issue, they quickly respond and send maintenance. The location is excellent and a quick walk to the medical school and the Blue Line. Unit I live in- big space, everything is clean and new. The kitchen is awesome for someone like me who enjoys cooking, the living room is large enough for me to lazily lounge around in, so much open space. They also just installed brand new washing machines. I highly recommend Harris Point Chicago!!"
