"This place is the worst, they choose not to fix ANYTHING.raise the rent, THE BATHROOM IS disgusting so i cant take a shower. When we fist got there we was promised another room. The one we got needed repairs. So we was homeless until they fixxed it. They fixed nothing in the apartment and said, “ pay us then we will fix it.the floor is dirty no matter what you put on it. Flys find there way in. Missing screens. Mice threw the vents. And no heart or ac. And the laundry room…i mean the basement has broken machines. The owner has no care for anything he just wants the money and will keep you down and the parking sucks all around worst place to be"

"Ran by slumlords, stole rent from me & took me to court, demanding for more. This was my first apartment and moving out of parents experience and was probably the worst experience I’ve ever been involved in. Had roaches and took them months to get rid, I actually got rid of them myself."

"Don't rent apartment from this company at riverside il! They won't give you your full deposit money, they took $800 from my deposit, apparently we pay for cleaning the apartment even though I did an amazing job leaving this unit clean! I painted the walls even though I was here for 2 years only and I never painted the walls but my other neighbors had told me they would not give me my money back so I did my best to leave the unit in the same way they gave it to me. My basement apartment flooded during rain season after less than a year i was there and they said it was my fault, a lot of my furniture got ruined and my internet box broken, my carpets were soaking wet, alot of files, old photos my kids old drawings and toys, all went straight to the trash!!! AND THEY MADE ME PAID MY RENT THE NEXT DAY LIKE NOTHING. EVERYTIME IT RAIN I COULDN'T SLEEP OR BE IN PEACE DUE TO MY CONCERN TO GET WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE AGAIN. It took them more than 2 months to return my (less than half deposit), I called the office every week and they even said they couldn't find my file! The front lady is the nicest person I know, so I know it's not her fault, she was never rude to me and always seemed concerned if I had an issue.. but unfortunately my experience making a contract with WORLD INVESTMENT INC was very unpleasant."

"I do not recommend moving into any of these apartments .. unless you are in desperate need of quick housing They charge very high prices to not even keep up with the complex. There is rats in the walls constantly scratching and chewing on dry wall .. there is roaches in the hall ways so eventually you find some in your unit .. any issue you bring up They send someone to look at and they say they can't do much about it .. they will raise you up atleast $200 after your first year on a lease & if you ever try to go to court they will pay off the judge I've had workers that work for property rental tell me they dismiss most issues with the unit to not have to pay services..slum lords at its finest .. can't ever get anything fixed. Can't wait to move out of these apartments it is disgusting how they charge $1000 for a 1 bed room unit that has bugs and mice. Also if you have hopes in getting your security deposit back .. don't they find any excuse to keep the extra money."
