"Property at 1227 S. Harlem. I have never seen such low level of competency. Great in finding new ways of NOT addressing issues. Customer service is basically ZERO. Nobody picks up the phone. Dealing with this gentleman Mike from the office - has been a very frustrating experience. Is the management at Dolejs aware or are they purposely allowing this behavior?"

"Where do I begin concerning the Forest Ave apartments? How about the almost 2 inch long roaches that they call “water bugs”. How about the broken exterior locks affording people to access the property. The poor repairs if they are ever done. The stealing of the security deposits. Allowing people to tour your apartment before you move out without notice to you. Witnessing their staff verbally degrade residents with special needs. Menacing and threatening letters sent out to all residents. Telling you that parking is available on site when you actually have to rent a space from the village. Unending disregard concerning noise or cleanliness requests. Get ready to be demeaned and emotionally beat down by Dolejs Property management after you sign the lease. To be clear, I absolutely refuse to delete this post regardless of what you feel or threaten Rich. You and your team should be ashamed."

"My Building is under contract with Dolejs and I strongly feel they don't care about anyone's buildings that are associated with Dolejs They go the easy route to take care of something instead of fixing something so it doesn't occur anymore."

"This place is sad! Very rude people! Especially the owner son Richard Dolejs Jr! I will never rent from them again! I’ve seen all the comments on the deposit on here and everyone is right. They want to charge you for things that wasn’t fixed in the first place. They charge a 1-1/2 month deposit that you’ll never see again when you move out. They say you control your own heat and you even have a thermostat in your apartment thinking you control it but they do. They do a walk through with you to get the apartment but don’t do a walk through when you leave the apartment and that’s how they stick you for your deposit. They say things like the drain was clogged and holes wasn’t patched window broken all lies. It doesn’t matter if you took pictures because they’ll still blame you for something! You can’t even speak to Richard Dolejs Sr without getting a run around! Please be aware before you rent from this place!"
