"I will be moving as soon as I can. I can’t believe I resigned another year after management was switched to Daniel management. It was fine when the owners were running it, but it’s absolutely horrible now with the new management company. I’m a realtor and work in the industry. The employees in charge of my community are the absolute worse property managers i have experienced in my profession as well as personally living under. They do NOTHING to address your concerns or problems and they refuse to take residents opinions and concerns in to consideration. They came in to our community and removed all of our guest parking threatening to tow residents with 2 cars etc. all while not even addressing the current parking issues that actually matter that residents had to begin with. Half of us park NO WHERE near our actual buildings and they could care less if you have children to take in in the winter or groceries to lug a block and a half away from your spot. It doesn’t effect them so they just tell you to “be patient” while they do nothing to actually address simple issues that have simple solutions. Our community had a rodent issue and my car was completely destroyed, i simply went to warn our property manager with hopes she’d warn the community so they could take protective measures themselves to keep rodents away from their engines. Of course she didn’t say anything and made me seem crazy. I’ve talked to my neighbors and now 6+ people have experienced the same that I did. You will end up paying fees for who knows what. The only good thing about this company is their maintenance people. Cesar and Dave are absolutely amazing and i can’t imagine the complaints they hear daily about upper management. Don’t move to the Galewood flats. I can’t speak for any of their other communities."
