"Maintenance people are exceptional. Spacious inside. Neighbors are very nice and everyone gets along. No playground for kids and LOTS of goose poop. Before someone invites me to chat about my experience I've been trying to chat about it and sent numerous emails including ways to naturally get rid of the geese. It's unsanitary, that back yard is essentially a barn."

"Whenever a place like this doesn’t accept rental assistance RUNNNNNNN. They just money hungry they rather spend they money to evict you rather then accept rental assistance! Water always off . Infested with roaches and mice . Whenever something is wrong wit your unit they don’t fix it . The lady in the office are slow as hell. They still have the old property manager name on the voicemail. And she left over 5 years ago ! TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF ALL YOUR WORK ORDERS TAKE PICTURES OF THE HALLWAYS !"

"I moved here in June, due to losing hours at work, which eventually led up to losing my job. I applied for rental assistance while still employed, but due to my work hours decreasing knew I would need the help to stay caught up on my rent. I was told they don't accept rental assistance nearly a month after I applied, they refused partial payments & the assistance. After being homeless 8 months moving back from southern Illinois, im devastated that Im in a situation that could possibly led to being homeless again. I was told they didn't accept the assistance for me, because I was a new tenant. With no regard for life circumstances, my rent could've been paid up & I could be living stress free from worrying where my daughter & I will live once we have to leave here. New neighbors above me have no regard that someone lives under them, her child is up all hours of the night running & jumping so hard my walls shake as if he's gonna come through the ceiling!!!! I've written a letter to the neighbor asking for courtesy, called the office & the police several times and nothing has changed. I wake up at 2am for a 12-14 hr work shift & to be awakened in the wee hours of the night is very annoying & inconsiderate, teens hanging in the hall, smoking in the halls, my apartment is stinched with whatever they smoke, kids playing all in the halls, none of the issues on my checklist has been corrected cabinets & bathroom outdated to the max, my patio door handle completely broke the 3rd day of living here, not to mention when i did my walk through the closet in the hall was perfectly fine, when I moved in I noticed it was dented up badly, which led to me opening it, & when I opened it I discovered an air mattress & pillow I guess maintenance slept over, when I made the office aware NOTHING WAS DONE AS IF IT WAS NORMAL!!! My tub has chipped paint all in it my kitchen sink was stained & its steel but everything is old & worn down. Im ready to move because living here is like living in the projects the neighbor hood is a nice area but this unit is TRASH DO NOT MOVE HERE if you have a better option, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AT ALL"

"Moved here looking for a fresh start thinking it would be amazing.. since I’ve moved here my rent changes every month! I’m being charged for things i shouldn’t and when talked to with the leasing office it takes forever for it to be situated IF they even return a call.. the tenants are disgusting and leave trash, furniture ( of all kinds) and everything else in the hallway. I’ve seen several bugs.. i even had a bat flying around in my unit and it took a entire day for them to call and come to my unit to address the problem. The leasing office workers i haven’t had a issue with but things aren’t done efficiently around here..there’s no cameras on the floor of the hallways just first floor entry huge safety concern.. it’s not worth the money they are charging to live here At all. My experience thus far has been horrible would not recommend anyone to move here.. they have so much to improve with these apartments!! The hallways and buildings aren’t cleaned as much as they should be because I’m seeing the same trash from two weeks ago still sitting there. When calling to complain about such things their recommendation was to purchase a ring doorbell for my door to record what was going on.. TERRIBLE Apartments"
