"I lived here for 2 years and did not enjoy a second of it. unfortunately it was all I could afford in the area for a while but looking back I cannot believe how bad management is at this place. NORA is horrible to people, she is very rude and should probably be fired. The good reviews are most likely paid or they are in her friend circle. she has multiple friends that live there and let them have dogs while other tenants cannot when i asked she told me they were all service dogs and one was a wiener dog. DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO THIS NASTY PLACE. GOOD RIDDANCE!"

"I can tell this place has poor management and workers that work there. I simply made a call inquiring about 1bedroom unit and was told to call the next day, well the next day gets here and when the phone was answered the lady insist on telling me I called the wrong number and she’s the only one who worked there both days and never received a call about anything, rather than just assisting me with what I called for in the first place, which was to check for available units. Not even a Tennant of this place and will never be. I can only imagine what the tenants go through ."

"I would Not recommend! Honestly pay attention to the reviews. They never got anything done on time, management was always poor and there was always a new assistant in the office. I No longer live here but they are money hungry and do things on their time. My tub leaked so bad into my neighbors apartment and it took them a month to fix it. If you’re even a few days late on rent they throw a notice on your door. When I called the office most of the time they wouldn’t answer then would claim communication was poor. Oh and the inspection crew that was hired there STOLE from my apartment then tried to cover it up so be careful! There’s so much more to say but I’ll leave it at that! Just keep looking."

"Country villas in lisle is a great place to live, very affordable! Wonderful place to live! My wife and I moved here 3 years ago and it was the best decision we made. We love it here! We love the people who work for country villas management and maintenance. I met one of your the maintenance man name alex, hes a very friendly and very on point with his work, you can tell he takes pride is in his job. There’s also another gentleman which I didn’t catch his name but he also does a great job as well. They overall are great people and know how to get the job done right. we always know if they’re working on our apartment it will get done the right way. I’ve lived in a apartment complex in downersgrove and let me tell you maintenance was a joke there. I’m glad we have great people here at country villas. Most people have issues with management which i think it’s absurd! People just don’t like to follow rules and regulations of the facility! The property manager nora is a wonderful and very understanding person! but when it comes down to being firm and stands strong to what cooperation requires she does not hesitate to accomplish what is to be done! They picked the right person for the job! Keep up the good work nora! Thank you country villas for making our living space comfortable and safe!"

"We have been living here for nearly a decade. Yes, the building/s is old (built in the 70's) but we have never had much of a problem getting things repaired. Over all the years we've had to have screens replaced, AC unit, sinks, counter tops, cupboards, repaired, yes it's a lot, but we have been here a long time. And it's done in a reasonable time. The only real negative thing to say is the blinds are VERY cheap and break often. I've fixed them myself over the years. We were told they were $5 each to replace but we never charged. I've read a lot of bad reviews about Nora and honestly what I have to say is THE GOLDEN RULE. Be friendly and she's friendly right back. She's got a LOT to deal with. Honestly, common courtesy goes a long way. We smile, we say hello, we asked how she (and other employees) day's are. When the AC broke, they moved a temporary window unit in THE WRONG bedroom. When we called and complained, it was fixed/moved/corrected within hours. We brought in a box of doughnuts to thank them for the fast service. We show kindness and we've given kindness right back. We want to own our own house one day, wither that's three years from now, or five. There's no reason to move. We're very happy here."
