"We really like it here. Our rent is a great price for our unit size. We have floor to ceiling windows with a huge balcony facing the woods/ski hill. (Most) residents are very friendly, anytime I’ve ever had an issue - which is rare - the property manager or maintenance (who I see all the time working and are extremely friendly) it’s addressed and a solution is made. The area is very nice too I love finding new places to walk my dog. I highly recommend!"

"Currently Abbey Apartments is under a socialist utility program. My Utilities were $40 a month. But because others misuse their water, gas, etc. Everyone is now forced to pay a flat rate of $110 a month. Therefore, if you are good with your usage, you will be paying for other peoples gas and water bills. I will not be resigning my lease. With that being said the front office employees are amazing and always willing to help in anyway. It's the policies that they cannot control that seems unfair."

"I’ve lived here for two years and have really liked it. I enjoy walking through the forest trails on the property and the pools are great during the summer. My neighbors are mostly friendly and management has treated me fairly. The rent is not that bad and it’s also right by some good restaurants and the highway for my commute. Pets are allowed and the grounds are well-maintained."

"Me and my husband lived here for over two years and honestly I felt like it was a good place to be. The area it's located in is secluded and calm, with lots of things to do. The apartment itself was OK. It always felt safe and everything worked fine. My neighbors were always nice and you normally didn't hear any noses from them. The wall was made of brick so sound didn't travel much. Although you could hear noises from the door (it's not tightly sealed due to being an interer entrance). So all in all I would recommend this complex for anyone who wishes to live in Lisle."

"I truly love living here! The amenities are amazing! Four different lakes stocked with fish for catch and release fishing. Multiple swimming pools for the Summer! A ski hill for the ski enthusiasts. Out door Volley Ball courts. A very nice laundry room with vending machines that offer brand name sodas and snacks at discounted prices! The apartments are spacious and have loads of closet space. My apartment was fully updated before I moved in and it is beautiful! I really love my personal balcony where I can sit and enjoy the view of the many trees filled with birds and squirrels as I have a cup of coffee and how the apartment building is with in walking distance to Jewel Osco, Walgreen , Subway, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Fed Ex, Great Clips and many other great businesses!"
