"No microwave, no towel bars in sink area, no clock radio, no table w/chairs, no TV instructions. Rooms very clean & quiet, employees WONDERFUL! Traveling for wedding."

"The exterior of the building looks neat and always has fun and interesting lighting visible from the highway. The lobby is spacious and modern. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Sadly, the rooms are small and in need of updates (TV was good, though). The bathrooms have tiny tubs and toilets are extremely low. The hot tub was closed for repairs and the security for the door to the pool area was broken so anyone could wander in. There is no free Continental breakfast."

"Me and my hockey team were playing duck duck goose away from anyone. It was calm and control till one of the other players checked in. We all ran over to greet him because of the long drive from TN. The manger and someone else who worked there told us that we would have to leave. Then one of the smaller people on our team ask her why. She said” oh so small man’s got a big mouth now” easily trying to point out his size. She basically harassed us the rest of the weekend saying”I’m trying to run a business here”. Not much off one sense our heater broke and the elavators where out."

"This was a nice enough hotel. It could use some updates. The plumbing wasn't the greatest. The tub filled up when I turned the shower on. They still have chains on the doors. I don't think I've seen one of those in about 8-10 years. The staff was courteous and friendly. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay. I expected a bit more because of the price."

"The hotel room is extremely old and does not look like the picture on the website!! First, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. And the temperature that night was around 20°F. Only use cool water to wash face/hand and brush teeth. Second, the towel in the bathroom was stained yellow. Then, it took about 5 minutes to wait for the water to gradually heat up before taking a shower. However, the water suddenly became cold in the middle of my shower while the shampoo was still on it. It was a disaster, and the next day I caught a cold. Finally, I can't believe the room has such poor sound insulation. I can clearly hear people talking and making noises in the room above me. The poor insulation made me feel as if I were staying in a motel, maybe a motel has better sound insulation than this hotel. The hotel is also right next to a highway so that you can hear cars passing by ALL night if your room faces the highway. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY STAY AT Hyatt Regency Lisle near Naperville, and also can't believe Hyatt has such a low level. Please do not stay!!! Save your money!!"
