"I was a walk-in at noon. I considered it was urgent & not an emergency. The technician was friendly & led me to the bark room. Dr. Hummer was hands on with the physical.Cloud & I were in & out in an hour. I was happy with the care."

"My story isn’t as happy and cheerful as I wish it would be but the care and respect that we got that night was amazing. My dog was extremely sick and we were told the chances he would survive the night even in an ER were less than 50%. I had to make the hardest decision I have ever made. I called and told them what was going on. When we got there, I told them I had just called and they brought us back to a very lovely room with a couch, treats like candy cheese and a very huge and plush, comfy blanket on the floor. I laid my boy down and my Daughter and I laid there with him. The Vet came in and I discussed everything that we found out. I gave her the papers with the test results, and I told her how guilty I felt for not figuring out the issues before it was too late. After explaining everything to her, she assured me that there is no way I could have known how bad my boy was because he hid it from me (which he really did). She agreed that with his test results and the Dr notes in the papers, the prognosis was grim. She us that we could spend as much time with him as we needed and to push the doorbell in the room when we were ready. They did not come in or rush us like I feel would have happened elsewhere. They gave us our time and waited for us to be ready. I don’t think that terrible journey could have been made so peaceful without this place. They are so kind and caring. They understand what pain you are feeling and they make you and your furry family member comfortable and give you time without rushing to get the next customer in. The comfort the Veterinarian gave me was extraordinary and hands down, if I ever had to make that terrible call again, I would 100% go there. I hope anyone reading this isn’t facing the same dilemma that I was, but if you do have to take the same path at any point in the future, you couldn’t choose a more peaceful and accommodating scene to ease your journey a bit. Thank you, Dr (I wish I remembered your name). I hope you see this so you can see the smiley dog he was before he got so sick, so fast! You were absolutely amazing."
