She made sure to check in with us to see how we were doing and if we had any questions, making us feel genuinely cared for. The sense of community here is palpable, and it’s heartwarming to see how pets like our Nutmeg and Cappuccino are welcomed with open arms. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury living with a warm community feel, I couldn’t recommend Hamilton Lakes enough. The staff here is very nice and things happen every month including Trunk or Treats in October, Fundraiser for school supplies in September and lots of other stuff during the other months. The apartments themselves are nice and if anything happens like a dishwasher not working you can put in a work order and I’ll get fixed in a couple of days."

"What a gorgeous place! high end finishes, with balcony, white waterfall quartz counters with grey veins. the ceilings are 10' tall in our unit which makes a massive world of difference. Modern kitchen, life proof flooring throughout including 24" ceramic tiles in bathrooms. All Leds lighting and all new finishes. Stainless with Led functions you'd find in a luxury hotel in the mirrors. outdoor pool, steam room and hot tub. Outdoor gazebo, and Vegas style cabanas next to the pool, a Wooden stage setup for parties. Weber grills x 5 uncovered in a wonderfully concept circle design all built in with limestone counterops. A Kitchen indoors you can book ahead of time for get togethers with family or friends with Stone counter and enough room to host a huge party . The adjacent outdoor space opens up with sliding doors to a 6 foot gas fireplace, covered living room area with tables and couches and your personnel covered grill with enough counter space to host huge get together. The property itself and outlying properties have plenty of land and bike trails. centrally located to any branch of highway from I90 290, 294 and not far from O'Hare at all, maybe 15 minutes or so. Hamilton Lakes has its own gym, so there is no need for dirty old gyms, dirty locker rooms, and so on! What a keeper. Linda was great! Thanks, Linda, for making everything possible) Friendly community and Itasca is a very expensive, ritzy area of Illinois, cannot go wrong) Medinah country club is minutes away and held the Ryder Cup where the best golfers in the world travel too. Medinah even held the BMW championship not too many years ago. The PGA tour has been expanding the golf era to Medinah for years to come. great food with upscale Mexican, Italian, and best deep dish in the world. I hope this helps. Good luck. The apartment as well as the fabulous amenities are modern-- there hasn’t been any issue in our apartment that needed attention/ repair. The complex is clean and quiet and hosts a wide variety of events each month that cater to all ages from crafts, games, food & drinks, and much more.
