"I have been coming here a few times over the past year and have had minor issues. Last year I had an issue between them and the third party I used to book. Outside of that parts of the hotel smell a bit weird due to trash but our floor was good. Also 2 nights ago my son and I were going to our car and the whole 3rd floor lights were off which was creepy as hell! Lastly like other reviews they need a better system with the front desk. Seems normal to wait awhile for someone to acknowledge you’re there. Other than that room has always been clean, room was nice and warm, bed was super comfortable and shower was perfect and no issues with laundry. Thanks for another great stay and we will def be back."

"If I could give this less than 1 star I would! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Room was given away and no one contacted us. Person behind the desk did his best but manager is a total moron"

"Staff members can be rude at times. Room service sucked, and privacy is not taken seriously here. Location is ok but far from food and surrounded in a bad neighborhood. Don't recommend this hotel location."

"Signs in front of entrance and on the doors clearly state ‘No Smoking with in 25 ft of entrance’ this rule is not followed and is not enforced by staff. It is also a state law. Leaving and entering you may have to pass through a cloud of smoke. The whole entrance is littered with cigarette butts. They should at least provide those tall cigarette disposal containers to keep area cleaner."

"I love this place. The manager Liza she is grate, all the staff are very attentive and the place is very clean, I personally like the not smoking rules,I’m asthmatic and I don’t feel any odor inside the hotel, I had stayed here for months my daughter and I are satisfied I give this place 10"
