Going on two months and was reassured by maintenance that the condition was impeccable and would be receiving full deposit minus some bills. call no one answers phone and no one ever at office. And when we do make contact told they mailed but would call back to confirm address and still haven’t received call. No check, no call..they are in serious violation of Illinois statues"

"We have lived here for almost a year and we love it. It is luxury and the neighbors are great. i work in management and want to give a big shout out to the property manager, Regina. She is awesome, definitely a great leader, passionate about her building and people, and gets things ✔ done. The place speaks for itself, but Regina adds the extra touch of this place making it feel like home. We love it here and how it's managed and definitely thinking about renewing our lease. To the management team; great job bringing Regina in . You guys knew what you were doing and she deserves to be recognized. You have someone that cares for us and the building and that's how you keep this place pleased and new people moving in."

"My wife and I are sadly moving out as we purchased a home, but loved our time here. You'll be hard pressed to find this combination of value, quietness, and convenience anywhere in the area. These are straight up condos rented as apartments - so you get way more space for a great price. The units themselves are quiet; you rarely, if ever, heard the neighbors. We also loved the garage parking. Not having to get snow off our cars in the winter was awesome, so definitely worth the money to get a spot down there. Let's also not forget that the building is honestly 30 seconds from the on-ramp to 355 and 290, so the convenience factor whenever you needed to get anywhere out of the area was incredible. We will miss this place dearly and the dynamic duo that run the building have been some of the best we've ever had in an apartment!"

"Originally moved here for 1 year but lived for almost 5 years. Beautiful and luxury place. Very nice neighbors. Leasing manager and maintenance people are like my family and very responsive when you need help. I can't find a living like this for the price in the area or other neighboring cities."
