"I do not recommend moving here. I moved in 2020 and office personnel was great, and you could see them trying to make the building better. Apartments were a little outdated but not bad at all. Within a year or so of that the complex had been bought by two different corporate companies and it all went downhill from there. No more improvements were being made and office turnover was ridiculous - 3 different office people in 2021-2022. It seemed like the type of tenants being allowed to live there started going downhill and you could smell weed in the elevators and halls and nothing was being done about it. Not to mention all of the car break ins that were happening as well. And in the 3 years I lived there, there were no upgrades done to my unit and they wanted to up the rent over $300 more than what I was paying. And anytime you tried to reach out to corporate your emails were ignored, and it took MONTHS for any kind of response - if you got one. Not to mention they charged us MONTHLY for pest control and there was no monthly pest control done. I am not sure how they are trying to charge over $1300 for a 1 bedroom apartment when no updates have been to the units, tiles in the showers are cracked and the paint is peeling."
