"Horrible!!! This place is the worst Holiday Inn that I have ever stayed at. I booked this hotel online, very last minute. This meant we would check on at 4am. Since it was less than 8 hours before we would get there, I called ahead to verify the online reservation. All was good there. We got in at 4am and the computers were not working properly and the check in process was horrible slow. The front desk lady then proceeded to tell me that I was lucky that they were coming back up. Oh really??? It's 4am and I have a reservation!! YOU are lucky they are back up. Anyway, I get up in the morning and went downstairs for some coffee. I didn't want to wake my husband by using the coffee maker in the room. Guess what? No coffee. I knew they didn't offer breakfast, but no free coffee. The front desk informed me that I could buy coffee at the restaurant. Seriously, no coffee? Fine! I go back up to the room to get ready for the day and started with a shower. I turned on the water to warm up. Where are the towels? IN the shower. Why are they in the shower? The other side of the sliding door doesn't open. Then, the water pressure sucked and the water didn't get very hot. I have thick hair. Poor water pressure makes it very hard to rinse out the shampoo. Never again!!! I don't care about my reward points. I will never stay at this location again."

"The whole place smells like weed and cigarettes freshly smoked and don't be in need of a new room because they won't have one available. Definitely not kid friendly and bring lysol and an air purifier also be prepared to be charged to breakfast that you didn't ask for and never received James the Manger has horrible customer service skills and needs educated on how to run this establishment. The only good thing I can say is the ladies work 3rd were really u nice but this establishment is a dump"

"This place has come down a lot. I used to stay here a few times every other month about 4 to 5 years ago. They had a full dinner menu and bar at that time. This time I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The first night i was there, i noticed the room smell like cigarette smoke, so i left the bathroom fan on and the smell went away. When the fan is turned off, the smoke smell will come back after like an hour, so i left it on the whole 4 days i was there. I made the mistake on not notifying them, now they are accusing me for smoking in the room and charging me 200 dollars. I read the reviews and there are other complaints from people complaining of their room smelling like smoke, musty, or stale smell and the room being dirty. I called to asked for a reversal but was told the manager will call me back, but he never did. I called back and manager Jim will not do anything. I will be calling my bank. My room didn't get clean either, not until the 3rd day i was there. After they clean my room, my key card stopped working. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key card. I also read a review where a customer wrote how their key card stopped working and there was a stranger(not a employee) in their room with their belongings still in the room. While i was in my room, i believe the manager tried getting in. Good thing i had the lock hinge on. He didn't knock or anything as a warning. I heard the door unlock then instantly heard a loud bang from the lock stopping the door when he opened it. He never apologize or said anything. He just closed the door and when i went to look thru the sight hole, i saw him going into the room across from mine. Also if you parked in the back lot, you have to walk around to the front to get in. The back door key entry doesn't work. I don't recommend coming here. I would rate it zero if i can"

"Very disappointed with this Holiday Inn location. I’ve been staying at this location for years and have watched it go down hill. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay at this location. The rooms are in poor condition. Multiple repairs and upgrades are needed. Due to other guests the noise level is very high. When bringing it to the front desk attention nothing is done. I will never stay at this location again! Furthermore, I tried to do a survey and they would not allow it to be posted because it was a poor review."

"This is a nice hotel for the price. That said, first night, was amazing I slept like a King. However the second night….. I get home from an all day event, I walk inside and it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke. Interesting enough, I put the do not disturb sign on my door..my bed wasn’t made, it appeared nobody has entered my room. So, why did my room smell so bad? I went down to the front desk to explain the situation, they explained I would not be charged for this and that this is normal. That’s questionable, on the door is a no smoking sign, I don’t smoke, why does my room smell like smoke? All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again. While the rooms have the the potential to be good, the service and questionable smells do not make for a good experience. 0/5 stars if possible."
