Harbor Village Apartments

"They are very unprofessional. The apts are infested with roaches and mice. No one is ever in the office. No one returns messages. I was evicted for "unpaid rent". The manager at the time flat out told me she didn't want me living there. After she had moved in under me and complained about my toddlers making too much noise on her ceiling. When she should have been at work, working. Moving here should be your last resort! Only if you're desperate and in urgent need of a place to live!"

"If I could I would give this place an big fat ZERO, this is the worst unsanitary apartment complex ever. They're INFESTED with bed bugs, roaches, mice, ants, black mold, etc. They have inspections with the city of Aurora yet these apartments aren't Shut down, maybe because " minorities" occupy these apartments most of the time and don't know their rights. These apartments have bubbles appear on the wall, which I found out is black mold forming ( everything can be verified via photos and videos if I was able to post on here) and people are becoming sick. All I have to say is avoid these apartments at all costs and I hope civil lawsuits get started soon against them and the city of Aurora because they're in on this uninhabitable dump too! I would like to add the janitors/ maintenance men they ever had steals out the apartments and are unqualified for even the janitor position, the hallways and staircase reeks from piss, they also take months at a time to mop the floors. The janitors/ maintenance men drinks on the job and sexually harass residents, you can complain for all of 365 days and nothing would be done. Let's not get started on the ghetto stealing management at this complex, Lord take the wheel I will be here all day!"
