Hunter's Ridge Apartments

"Don’t waste your time. Rip off. Money hungry and dirty. I rented with them on 12/14/2023. I returned my keys 12/23/2023 due to a roach infestation inside the unit 1015-005. They tried to say we brought them in even though one was seen PRIOR to moving our things in and then when we continued to see them we left on 12/16 and did not stay there anymore. The manager Sally or Sarah or whatever her name is stated if we wanted to leave we could and they would let us out of our lease but when we wanted to leave it was such a big deal they then tried to charge us a fee to move out. It took over 3 weeks to get my deposit back even though they moved somebody into a roach infested apartment less then a week after we returned the keys to them. The maintenance guy was upset when Leslie sent them to change the blinds and he stated they do not put new blinds that they wipe them down. They still tried to charge me for a bunch of b.s when they gave me back the deposit. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got tons of videos and pictures of the roaches in the unit and my interactions with management as well in one video you can hear them trying to figure out who will take that unit. They stated pest control said they were only behind the refrigerator and only saw 2 and no other unit in that building has bugs however we spoke with 2 tenants who did confirm they had/have them also"

"We have lived here for 8 years now and we see nothing wrong with these apartments the office staff are all friendly people who care very much about the issues brought up to them. The maintenance guys are professional, and helpful with anything that needs fixing and I've had only good experiences since we have lived here."

"DONT MOVE HERE. They will punish you if the previous occupants of the apartment you’re renting misses payments. For some reason their mistakes mean I have to pay my rent at a 7/11 or gas station. Which they each have a processing fee that I am now also paying for."

"Awesome place to live my mom has been living here for years. They have a great staff in the office as Sally is one of the best! I will be considering this place as my next place to live because I love the fact that they have washer and dryers in the units and other essentials. I can't thank the management staff alot because they have done alot for my mom and her husband. Thanks so much Sally keep up the good work"

"Literally one of the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Between the fake hard word floors and constant drafts from really poor craftsmanship on the apartment itself, this place is awful. Constant charges and fees for just about everything, including the fact they made me pay pet fees for the same dog twice (claiming they never got the payment, even though i had the receipt stub). You'll be cold in the winter time due to the ac unit having a 1/2 inch gap because they won't seal it. Not to mention they don't turn on the heat until maybe late December. So in order to heat your 1 bedroom apartment, be prepared to pay about 140 bucks a month in comed bills. Oh, not only are some 1 bedroom apartments missing a dining area or storage closets, they will still make you pay the same as the other "full" one bedroom apartments. I could write a novel about how horrific this place is, just stay away."
