"Watermark at the Grove... I just have to share how thrilled I have been so far! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and valued. Nicole made the leasing process so easy. She kept asking if I had any questions, and I honestly didn't because she addressed all the details before I could ask. The staff has been amazing. Maintenance is so friendly and they take pride in their work. I had an issue with my oven that they fixed right away. They were so communicative and accommodating and it made me feel like they really cared about my comfort. My apartment, I love it! It's open and modern and I love my balcony! I've already had the pleasure of meeting some of my neighbors and everyone has been super friendly! Very happy with my decision to make the move to Watermark!"

"We've been here for 6 months and this place is an absolute gem. The staff is stellar, tenants and dogs are generally very nice and respectful, it's tucked away from any neighborhoods so no spill over traffic or issues, the apartments run big with high ceilings and an HVAC system that puts most apartments to shame, and all appliances are update and not only fully functioning but functioning perfectly. Also, any issues we've had with the facilities or tenants have been resolved in a prompt manner with no judgement."

"Zero stars! Do not live here. Nicole or whoever sits in the center of the management office is a joke. I have gone to her for an ongoing issue that I have had for the 1.5 years that I've lived here. She is rude, aggressive, incompetent, and just not fit for a customer service position let alone management. Never offers a solution, says she has no idea what to do, can't get you in the hands of someone who can, and actually laughs in your face. If you want your paid parking spot taken by others, key fobs not working multiple times leaving you locked out of your unit, key fobs being randomly deactivated, an unapproachable management team, and other random issues, this is the place for you! Listen to the other reviews and save your money."

"If I could give no stars I would. Apartments are not cleaned when you move in. The management (Kat and Nicole) team is one of the worst I've ever encountered. From day one my parking spot has been messed up (which you are charged $100 extra for), my key fobs have not worked more than three times, and they will gladly tow your car for any reason. DO NOT COMMIT TO LIVING HERE. Everyone I know will know to stay away from here. There are much better options for the outrageous price they charge."

"It's a very clean community with exceptional amenities. Maintenance is prompt and helpful, and the apartments are beautiful. Love the outdoor areas and bright sunny apartments. They make getting through the dreary winters more tolerable. We love it here! Would appreciate a paved path around the pond to be more stroller/wheelchair friendly, and also more automatic door openers on building doors. So much to love about living here!"
