"This office frequently lists apartments they don’t actually have to get you in the door. On several occasions, I’ve requested showings for listings posted *within the hour* only to be told it was already rented but they have other (more expensive) ones available. Because I was running out of time to find my new home, I finally agreed to see one of the more expensive apartments. I had scheduled a 9 am showing, and was told that if the apartment was rented before the showing, they would notify me so I don’t waste my time driving there, as I made them aware of the fact that I live over an hour away. The morning of the showing, I called the office to inform them I was on my way, and the receptionist said “Okay.” When I arrived and introduced myself as the 9 am showing, the receptionist looked at me like I was lost, and said, “Yeah, I don’t know who you’re here to see… nobody else is here and we don’t even have any available units to show right now.” Finding a new home in an industry dominated by scam artists is stressful enough—spare yourself the wasted time, gas, effort, and anger of dealing with these professional ones."

"The quality of the apartments have really improved ever since new management took over! For example, the laundry room in my building used to flood every time someone used the washing machine. However, the current team has promptly gotten the issue fixed and the laundry room renovated. The team has also made other improvements such as increasing resident safety by installing new back doors, as well as leaving notes after maintenance work that shows who did the work and what work was performed. Even with all of the improvement projects going on, the entire Wing Park Residence team has been prompt and helpful for any requests or questions I have. Amy, Alexis, and especially the maintenance team are a pleasure to work with and are very professional. I definitely recommend checking them out!"

"We stopped in to check on availability and Gil was super-responsive and immediately showed us an available space. He was extremely helpful in giving us the information we needed and helped us start the application process very easily. It ended up that the apartment was out of our budget but I feel that Wing Park would be an easy, comfortable place to live. The 2-BR apartment we looked at was plenty spacious and the complex has a nice clubhouse, pool, and playground."
