"Brought my dog in for a visit and this location killed my dog. I’m still devastated they didn’t save her !!!!!! Basically let her die then called me because they didn’t do what they needed to do !!!!!"

"This place has HORRIBLE communication. The past 8 times I’ve called, they’ve either placed me on hold and left me sitting there or didn’t pick up at all. UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT DON’T CALL. Very frustrating when you can’t even ask ONE important question for you pets health. The willowbrook location is 100x better! Leave this one alone if you love your pets."

"They do not care about you pet!! I had a previously alright experience with them and have continued to try to use them. I have been calling for a week to get my dogs prescription refilled for arthritis, the vet and the associates here have continued to tell me all week they will get back to me and don’t. When they did call back they were rude and refused to honor my pet plan. They refused to set up an appointment, and they have no record of my pet being in their system. I called another location and the other location confirmed that this location would have to transfer her records to them. They lie, don’t do their job, are rude, and have zero concern for pets in pain. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Willowbrook is much friendlier and actually cares for your pet"

"I took my dogs here just to have rabies vaccines. I waited over 4 hours for them outside while my dogs were inside when I asked what was taking so long they told me they didn’t know I was waiting. Unbelievable because I was seating next to the counter. I asked the vet to just check my dogs tail because she was itching there, I was charge extra $40 for it on top of the $60 dollars visit fee. She came out and told me that she couldn’t see anything wrong in my dogs tail and that was it. When I came back home, I read the paperwork where she wrote that my dog was aggressive and training was recommended which infuriate me because this paperwork was going to be used for traveling purposes and my girl is a sweet maltipoo that has never been aggressive to anyone in 6 years. How dare that vet put something like that in a paper without discussing it wit the owner. At this point I know that if my dog have this type of behavior which I don’t believe anyway and nobody that knows my sweet baby believes it either but if she did was because they didn’t know how to handle her or handle her roughly without care. On top of that I’m ready to travel and my dogs tail got worse now showing a ugly red and black spot because she didn’t get the treatment she needed. They charge for every thing and their care if far from adequate. I’m so sorry that I took my dogs there, I got sick for being so upset having to bring and show a paper that portrays my dog as something she is not and has never been thanks to their unprofessionalism."

"If I could give them a zero I would. They charge way to much for their service and if you ever decide to stop taking your pet there they will keep charging you and send it to a debt collect for services never rendered this place is absolutely terrible"
