"My friend and her husband lived in this place for 2 years. And they gave 1 month of notice to the landlord. They absolutely cleaned the place like no one does. They even painted it so it looked just perfectly fine. When they left the city, the landlord, Nick (Bi Xing Liu) did not respond back to them since my friends asked for their deposit. The landlord completely rejected their calls and ignored their messages with no explanations. My friends were students and that money was so much for them at the time. This is unacceptable. Please do not rent this place. Btw, they keep changing the property/building’s name on Google so they can get rid of the reviews. Nick (Bi Xing Liu), please give our friend’s money back and do not do this to any other of your tenants. It is already so hard living and earning money in the United States as an international student. Don’t make it harder for them. This is very unfair. Liu’s Property is the name."

"Don’t rent here. He won’t give you back your security deposit and claim falsely that it spent on damages and cleaning but wont give you any evidence."
