"Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it zero stars I would. There was clogged up poop in our toilet upon arrival. There are actual children as housekeepers, not sure how that’s legal. The ceiling in the hallways is caving in. Absolutely repulsive. The manager was nice enough to give us a refund immediately. The La Quinta in Jackson is 100000% nicer, which is where we ended up going."

"Absolutely horrible. Any review that says otherwise is completely fake. We stayed here with our team and every single family complained about unclean rooms. One family found old food in the fridge, another had an inoperable shower, one had cold water, and another found shrimp tails on their floor. Old Smelly rooms and everything was falling apart. Staff was unpleasant and they tried to overcharge all of us. You could tell breakfast was reheated for multiple days and looked disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"The rates are over priced plus a extra $100 deposit and most times they find bogus reasons and charges to keep the deposit at check out. The pool was dirty and the breakfast sausage wasn't fully cooked. 2nd Worst place to stay in town for sure"

"We really like this place it's clean and for the most part they are very friendly and accommodating. However when you're staying at a hotel anywhere to visit with family or friends in no way do I think it is okay for that hotel to charge you an extra fee to use the pool when you have already paid to stay there. Paying to stay there should mean that u can have company and access to all the amenities of the place you are staying. I had 3 children under the age of 12 that I hadn't seen n 5 years come see me and when we went to the pool I was charged an extra $30. Just so these babies could get in the pool. Not ok! I have stayed in hundreds of and never one-time have I been charged for my guests to be able to go to the pool with me."

"The best part was the bed. It was VERY comfortable. The was very pleasant and accommodating at the afternoon check in. The rest is down hill. The room (106) looked clean but had a bad moldy smell that was overwhelming. I sprayed lysol everywhere and left the air on but this still did not help. The next morning I came to breakfast at 8:30 ( it is scheduled from 6-9am) and found no hot food. I questioned the lady on duty who got an attitude and asked me "specifically what do you want".? Another guest yelled out some eggs and food (as I was momentarily tongue tied). She marched off and delivered 6 sausages about 5min. later, which were devoured in seconds like hungry wolves by all those waiting. I waited for another 10 min. And when I finally got the courage to ask again I was again met with a sharp sarcastic about having to microwave some eggs "else they would be cold". She finally brought out 6 egg patties which again were devoured by the hungry guests in seconds. I gave up and left to go pack as fast as possible. Needless to say the best part of this breakfast was the Orange juice."
