"I cannot stress this enough… DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management does not take any responsibility over this property. It is a money grab. Multiple maintenance orders marked complete with nothing done. Along with an in person guarantee from the GM that the emergency problem of black mold on my floor would be fixed. This went on for over half of my lease. Come to move out day, the problem was never fixed. Black mold now exists in the ventilation because of a condensation problem in every unit. This is just one of numerous problems that I encountered. A health inspector should be called ASAP. I am confused as to who Tim, the 5 star reviewer, talked to recently because from my personal experience of living here for 2 years I have been taken advantage of and given unsuitable living conditions. EDIT: I see new management has responded. I don’t live in Cape anymore and don’t care enough to talk to anyone as I have heard the “new management” thing multiple times and nothing changed. All I care about is that you actually provide customer service to tenants and respond to work orders promptly rather than ignoring them and marking them complete. Oh and you failed to address the mold inside the air ducts in each apartment which is slowly killing your tenants…. I know as I am certified in mold remediation. Call RestorCo if you want it remediated. Pick up the phone and get going."

"These people are CROOKS! Paid the deposit and first months rent on the 1st and still couldn’t move in until the 16th of the month. But on the first of the next month they want their rent again. I questioned them and asked if I could stay 2 weeks past the end of the lease since I couldn’t move in until 2 weeks after I paid rent and was told no. The apartment was nasty on move in day also. AND, they charged me for electricity overage from BEFORE I EVEN LIVED HERE! Now I’m stuck here for a year. HUGE MISTAKE!!!"

"Do not move here: Mold in the buildings' ventilation (see other reviews), loud shouting or music regularly on the premises, aggressive knocking on random people's doors, no notice for maintenance and was walked in on once, the list goes on. People rarely pick up after pets, litter all around the premises. The furnishings are mid at best, and ventilation is good but fairly loud. The gates are either always open, defeating their purpose, or they simply don't open. Today was the final nail as the fire alarms went off in the adjacent building, then my building for around 45 minutes collectively, which was brutal on the ears and caused my pet to panic. Rent has ballooned and they are relentless with calling about resigning your lease, would strongly not recommend."
