"Horrible place to live, u gotta paint when before u get out and and steam clean and vacuum and what not, and u still do not get your deposit money back properly at all, u get very small amount back. AC/heater did not work well at all, kept going off and came back after 15 or more minutes , and with it not working, its seriously hard to live in the winter,and I had serious leaking issues with the walls getting wet"

"If you are thinking about staying here, I wholeheartedly recommend you reconsider. Not only is there a huge bug problem during the Summer, Spring, and Fall months (mostly wasps), and people constantly making noise outside, but the landlord will require you to repaint the entire apartment before you leave regardless of weather you damaged the paint or not. If you don't, he will take $140 out of your deposit. At least he did for me. I left that apartment in immaculate condition so that I wouldn't be fined and still lost total $270 out of my deposit. To reiterate, if you are considering staying here, I would highly recommend you reconsider."
