"Absentee owner, absent minded, overextended property manager. As far as the apartments are concerned let "looks can be deceiving" be your guide. EDIT: After paying a pet surcharge of $150/month and otherwise leaving the apartment in better condition at move-out than we found it at move-in, the landlord kept the security deposit, illegally, I might add. I suppose that's likely par for the course. Seems the landlord thinks that deposit is his for the taking. After dealing with improperly remediated black mold and incredibly slow and/or incorrect response to repair needs I'm just happy my 85-year-old mother and disabled sister are out of that mess and not having to deal with it anymore. As to the subsequent 'review' left by Ms. Colburn, I have to consider it suspect as it's posted in the author's maiden name, and her Karris Lane address is one from her distant past."

"I have rented from Bryleigh Apartments twice and each time was a great experience. The property manager, Stephanie, is very professional and responsive. She works to have any issues that might arise addressed right away. The location was great for us- just outside of town, but close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these apartments."
