"I booked a no smoking double bed at this location for three days online. Customer service was fine, nothing negative which is always good! The room's initial smell was pleasant compared to most hotels at this price range. The desk inside wasn't all that big, but it's more than big enough for what I was using it for. The AC unit worked pretty well and there wasn't any stringer odor coming from inside. The bathroom was decent, roomy enough for one person and all the towels were great! The only complaint about the bathroom was the creases in between the paint had a very noticeable amount of mold all along them. Nothing to freak out about but it definitely caught my attention. The beds were cozy and the pillows were comfy enough. My favorite part about this room compared to most hotels is the window glass itself was able to be opened. The airflow was great, and for someone who had hours of work to do every morning, it really kept the atmosphere in the room more positive. The breakfast in the morning was passable. I didn't like the eggs whatsoever, but the home fries made up for it. Check out was pretty smooth. As for location, it's not really in the best of places. There's only two restaurants within walking distance, and everything else was at least a 5-10 minute drive away. Overall, i'll definitely think about staying here again when i'm in there area. The experience was good enough to keep it in contention for future stays."

"Ok so me and my girlfriend and kids were regulars here until the other day when we took alil to long checking out becuz the kids were sleep and I had been up until 4-5 am working on our car in the freezing rain. The housekeeper kept coming to the room ask when we would be out we responded with we r getting kids up and we will be going...no mind u we had spent over 300.00 staying 3 nights here...this housekeeper as I've been taking things down to the car opens the door sees my girlfriend and says sorry didn't know anyone was in here girlfriend responds it's ok we r almost done...she then goes to the desk and tells them she was rude to her and that we were getting out.. Sotheby's I get 3 staff members at the door..now I'm getting irritated becuz every time they knock we have to stop and answer which then takes more time away from getting out...now 2 of them know us as regulars..the guy apologized afterwards becuz we told him our side of how the house keeper was being...I get a voice-mail about 45mins after we leave saying I can no long rent there becuz of trash we left everywhere. Which it was not it was all bagged into one bag but they say we cause them to have bugs becuz of this trash and said that it's been a problem every time we've stayed...anytime we have left in a rush I've paid the housekeeper outta my pocket for whatever extra they may have to do..I've paid th.extra even when they didn't have no extra work from us...I've spent thousands saying here and nobody has ever come to us with a problem...said I smoked in a non smoking room which I did not I had a half cigarette behind my ear that I had put out b4 I entered the building as I was packing up. I've called back to see why there's these problems all of a sudden but no call backs...pathetic it really is"

"I booked a double bed suite with a wall bed and mentioned to reservations that I needed beds for 1 adult and 6 kids. I also put in a request for an extra cot to be in there. Reservations confirmed that this was possible. I wanted to treat my sister with a hotel break for their 14 hour drive. My sister and I both spoke to the hotel front desk the day of to make sure everything was set before their arrival. The woman at the front desk confirmed that they would be in a suite large enough for one adult and 6 children. When they arrived, the hotel put my sister and her kids in a honeymoon suite with one king bed and a pullout couch. The bathroom had no door on it, but a see through curtain. You can not have little boys and girls in one room with a bathroom that has a sheer curtain. Plus, you could see on the sides of the curtain. There was also no extra cot. So my sister asked to be moved to another room and they just gave her a room with two double beds. Three of the children had to sleep on the floor. I got confirmation on Sunday from the front desk agent, that worked Friday night, that there was another woman with their kids that had a similar issue. That woman was given two room as a "sorry for the mix-up" I also heard they had plenty of rooms to spare that night. I called and spoke with the manger, Regina, who tried to convince me that the curtain shouldn't have been a problem for them and that I shouldn't have tried to book a room with that many people in the first place. She said there was nothing she can do- no refund- nothing. I also e-mailed the general manager and heard nothing back. They didn't care that the children had no door on the bathroom and three of them had to sleep on the floor because of their mix up. If I were the front desk agent, I would have done everything I could to make sure the children were well taken care of."

"No elevator. Walked to the front desk to ask for an alarm clock none, and was told they would give me a wake up call. Checked the phone, it didn't work. Walked to the desk to ask for a phone...none. Assured I would be given a "wake up" knock...none. The door knob, light switches, remote, curtain pulls filthy. Refrigerator was dirty. Asked for and left a request on the door twice in 2 weeks for towels and toiletries, none. Walked to the desk to obtain. The Sat breakfast was to be open til 10. He was cleaning and closing @9:30. The same lid used for the food is broken and falls apart when you touch it. To add a little comic relief someones large big dog was running loose in the hallways leaving everyone hostage."
