"Perfect quick stop on our way south. Clean. Convenient. Pull-through FHU. Big dogs welcome. Don’t worry about nearby federal prison. Marion is a good community that seemed safe. Lock to bathrooms was our only concern, but management was working on it. Heard Highway traffic, but didn’t bother us after long drive! Slept well. Will stop again."

"I moved to Southern Illinois for work in June and needed a place to stay until I could buy a place in the area. Took a chance on Marion RV Park based upon their reviews, website, and extremely helpful staff that I spoke to on the phone. Stayed there from June until October and couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. The campground was quiet, well kept, and in an extremely convenient location. The shower facility and laundry room were always immaculate. The small bar and grill was cheap and filled with friendly locals. I would without hesitation recommend Marion RV Park to any of my friends or family. Thanks for a warm welcome to Southern Illinois!!!"
"The campground was clean and well organized. We were satisfied with their laundry room. Please note that they have two washers and two dryers. We didn't get to complete our laundry because someone else had gotten there first. They have a large open space for dogs. There is also a bar on site."
"Great little park. We pull a 34 ‘ motorhome. You never know what you’re going to get off the HWY. this park was prefect. The site we had was at the end and we had a view of a lovely grassy area and trees to sit back and have a beer after a long drive. It was quiet. The people in the office were very nice. They have a little bar on the side of the office with a couple arcade games and some other gaming. There is a patio outside the bar to enjoy. Very nice park. Full hookups. Everything was great. Note: It’s a FMCA park. We will go there again. Thank you to the friendly staff"
