"Worst hotel ever! The lobby, owners and rooms all smelled like smoke. I asked to move rooms and that one stunk too! Walls and floors are paper thin. Heard fighting next door until 2AM and rap music above me all night. I ended up leaving at 3AM. Rooms were full of nail holes where pictures once hung. Can't believe that CHOICE hotels sanction this hotel! I only gave it one star because I could not give it zero."

"Stayed here during a trip to see family. They decided to do some noisy renovations without notifying us at 9:00AM. When asked about the fitness room, we were simply told that we couldn't use it without an explaination as to why. --EDIT-- • Since our complaint they did in fact, apologise, and they did wait a while later before resuming renovations the next day. • It was my mistake that I assumed the pool had been closed due to the lighting."

"The hot tub is completely empty the first room they put us in wasn't cleaned and supposedly the second one was but there were burn holes in the bed and I seen cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff was friendly it's just the rooms could of been better oh I could never get the elevator to open so had to walk our stuff up 3 flights of stairs to the third floor. The bed was comfy. I was really bummed cause the reason I booked this room is I wanted to get in the hot tub than I go in there just to see it empty and a pool net in there so I was kinda upset cause out of all the reviews it never said anything about the hot tub being out of order... but I will say they only charge a 20.00 fee for dogs"

"Service is acceptable to good. Lots of mice and roaches. Pool water is way too chlorinated. It is pet friendly though, and smoking rooms are available. Not recommended as a whole, but if necessary, you have been forewarned."

"We had a fantastic experience! Faraz and Nikki at the front desk where so caring. We're traveling through and my husband had open heart surgery just a week ago in upper Illinois,then hit a deer on the way through Marion to get home to Chattanooga TN. We were greeted with great hospitality even though we were not from here. The place was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and clean. Then we had a delicious sausage, gravy and biscuits for breakfast! Didn't get a chance to try the swimming pool but definitely looked amazing too! Couldn't have asked for a better place when we're going through such a rough time. Thank you again for being so helpful and kind!!!!!!"
