"We stayed in room 108 it was very roach infested .I woke up to roaches on the bed with me .I got in at 2 am .left at 10 am but called to tell them there was roaches the guy was very rude .wouldn't give any kind of refund .I told him they need to get an exterminator in there .and I was gonna give a bad review on Google. He said go ahead .give a bad review and hung up .also had people trying to get into our room from outside and from the adjacent room .the vent in the bathroom was falling off .maybe a camera in it .who knows . .don't waste your money here..much nicer places .the one in west frankfort is way better Cleaner .safer .ohhhh also charged me 167.00 when it was supposed to be 130.00 .too much for that quality"
"one word NASTY! You get what you pay for. Front desk clerk was not friendly. Lobby was un swept and gross. Room had some kind of brown bugs with wings. Everything in the room is cheap. Needed a deep cleaning. Never again."
"Well we got charged more than what I payed to start with. Then the 1st person change me from non-smoking to a smoking room told me that they upgraded my room to 2 queen room. But we was put in a room with 2 fulls. Then the bathroom had a counter that was cracked in 2 places. Then the vent unit in the bathroom was hanging loose. On top of all that around 11:30pm we had people knocking on our door. Not the best place this Trip."
