"Lived her for 2 or 3 years moved out in 2017 or 18 I sinda lies on uinnt that wadca slab of concrete not built yet but time I moved in it was built Dave the maintenance manager was great they fix issues it's a very quiet place to live I loved hammy deck I wish the uinnts where a little bigger but I was I in school just my self so did me grand If I still lived in carbon I most likely would live there it's affordable and clean and they maintaind the property probably the same now my only complaint 1 bedroom apartments tents are not allowed to use the swimming pool ok the hill buy the town homes .on another note in snow storms and ice storms they Doba an ok job but not will it's falling in my exsusted but could be different I was very happy in my experience with this property and management my unit did have some issues since it had been just built but were fixed promptlyallso it was very quiet property unlike aspect or others around management did not tolerate loud party's while I was there"

"Loretta is the nicest, most understanding landlord ever and property manager Dave responds swiftly if anything goes wrong (which seldom happens). I would rate this complex above five stars if Google would let me. It was a perfect experience in every way."

"I lived at Wedgewood for five years and had an amazing experience there. It offers a comfortable, quiet, and tranquil living environment, perfect for all types of persons, students or otherwise. The facilities were always well-kept, and whenever I contacted management regarding a maintenance matter, which was rare, it was resolved promptly. Loretta and David were gracious hosts throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this place more."

"I lived her for 3 years (2018-2021). I rarely ever had any issues with the property, neighbors, staff or management. Owner (Loretta) was very accommodating and on-site manager (Dave) was always helpful with any technical issues or other problems that needed fixing. He was prompt with all requests. I was treated with respect and professionalism during my stay. Area is clean, quit and affordable. Would highly recommend to any student/professional. If I could stay here for 3 more years, I would."

"Lived here for a year and I loved it. I would stay here if i weren’t moving closer to home. We rented apt 30 (an end unit) kind of had our own little yard on the side of the hill. The maintenance men are so kind. The pool is awesome! If your looking to move someone within walking distance of campus I would recommend. Moving out in August, ask the landlord if our unit is still open!"
