"I’ve lived at the property on Hays Ave. “Kings Apartments”. This company is actually great to work with. If you aren’t a high maintenance person and you are looking for a low cost place to live, this place is satisfactory. The maintenance team is great. The appliances are kept up to service. I’ve lived in my unit for almost a year and because life happens I am moving but I will miss this place. It’s decent if you have an open mind. Saluki Dawgs!"

"I was harassed by the owner's son and his group of friends since COVID. I moved to 3 different properties inside UE and they would move right next to me or above my unit and continue stalking me. I had the same neighbors each time. I saw these people at my school, at my work and at my library. I left this on Facebook but it was deleted. I'm leaving this so no one else has to go through the hell I went through as a tenant."

"I lived with University Edge for 2 years and had a great experience. Courteous staff and maintenance on call whenever you need it, though I rarely did! Never saw a bug the whole time I lived there. Glad I found this place during my time in Carbondale!"

"This place left a lasting impression on me when part of my security deposit was kept and the explanation for why it was kept was completely false. Thinking it was a mix up, I emailed photos of my unit as evidenced of error and was told my photos would only be considered if I mailed hard copies to the management company. I cut my losses there. Otherwise, it was a good place to live."

"Two stars because the staff was great. But if you have the option to rent from someone else do so...The 'Edge' part of their name clearly references they are on the Edge of legal activity when they fraudulently charge you for $#!+ after you move out so they can keep your security deposit. One of the many horrible landlords that gives C'dale it's bad rep."
