"I LOVE THIS PLACE! The management tries to work with everyone and does their best to fix problems asap. Prices are great. Great amenities to utilize. The maintenance crew is amazing! The CA's in the office are very sweet. Everywhere has problems but with problems this is the place I would want to be. Thank you evolve for 3 years!"

"**See my response below** One thing I wish the parents who send their kids here knew were the unkept conditions and roach infestations in this building. Management will blow you off and say it’s the “best building here” and claim to have someone to fix it. If they had someone every month come to actually do real work it would be solved. Either look elsewhere else or get avion gel some foggers and home defense to fix the issue yourself. This building is definitely not real life but you’re in control of your life and the environment you have. **Update response** I'm glad you mentioned my unit versus the infested building as prior to moving into Evolve we lived downtown on the 23rd floor of a luxury apartment building where there wasn't even spiders. That being said: aside from the stains, smells and trash that piles up in the trash room (clearly a great magnet for pests). The last year unit we moved into had an infestation and we called you several times only to have someone spray a bit and bring up "ant gel". I get business is business and you can't be bothered to care since these are "just students" but treat people with dignity and respect not a repost on Google and a "I don't know when the guy will come back. They just come whenever they feel like it"... P.s. aren't we incentivized with gift cards to write positive reviews? Something to also think about. They mentioned to me the carpet in this unit was ripped because of "weed smell"..the jokes write themselves at this point."

"Awesome apartments. Staff is great. Really a gem of a place to live in Carbondale, and if you're a student the location is great. Bedrooms are a little small, but for the target audience it works well. It's definitely pricy but in my opinion was worth it without question."

"Along with the walls being thin, the constant noise above you, and the deafening train passing by at all hours, the management is atrocious. The property manager has been rude to students of color and has made it a point to ignore complaints and phone calls when they reach out. Valerie is dismissive and condescending. Living here with friends might seem like a good idea and great value, but I promise it is not. They increase your/your roommates' rent significantly after the first year and they do not enforce parking despite charging $100 for garage parking. If you pay for the garage and suddenly can't find a spot since they don't assign spot numbers, you're out of luck. Just read the other low reviews. This place is not worth it. Don't be lured in by how it looks on the inside. Everything is poorly built. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that the facility workers and maintenance crew are always on their game. Very cool people."

"The property manager Carla does everything in her power to make you feel happy with your decision of picking Evolve. She is one of the best people you could meet. Thanks to her, I truly love this place! The apartments are very spacious and furnished nicely. There is great security there making Evolve feel very safe. I love how it is located right in the town down area and still walking distance to campus. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment."
