"Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I assisted a friend in applying for this apartment and he has had nothing but trouble with Zink the entire time he's been there. He's received letters threatening eviction almost every month. His mail is extremely delayed or lost every single time he is expecting to receive something or send something out, resulting in late bill and rent payments that Zink will then threaten eviction about, among other issues. They were unwilling to discuss random bills that keep arriving and became verbally escalated over the phone. Couldn't discourage people from applying to this location enough."
