"I was here a while ago to get the first appointment. Wanted to show my scrape wound on my face that had a 2/2 Inch bandaid. The receptionist though nice enough to come outside his cabin and speak clearly to me mentioned they wont see me coz it looks severe. I wasnt bleeding and the wound was clean and already 7 days old. I was already on medications and wanted to check with doc if everything is going on alright. He said docs only see for fever cold and that my case is severe if anything happens they wont take responsibility. However for cold fever we already have cvs and otc medications for that. I didnt wanna fight for a free care. He recommended I go to Dr. Farkhundar Mazhar instead. I did go there and they were charging $80 for consult only. If I had that money I would nt have come to hayat in the first place. Its sad that a receptionist told me they wont see me rather than a doctor. Clinics like these though have hard working doctors might be bad mouthed for the other staff working there. No wonder why most negative reviews are against the receptionist. To the receptionist: if you are hired to be a receptionist, be one. Leave the rest to the doc and the patient."

"Good knowledgeable doctors, This is a volunteer place, visit at 5:30 to get the appointment otherwise they usually complete their slots around 6:30 and see patients until 7 and little more."

They will guide and help you every best way possible ! but the attendant is the rudest person i have ever met, i know its a charity clinic but you are humiliating people infront of everyone, and he is being rude to everyone, when you enter he will shout at you wear the mask and come, if you dont have a mask you will be humiliated infront of every1, then he will ask you why did you come here infront of every one, regardless you are man/women, you have to tell infront of everyone what issue you have.
