"Everyone, other than the nurse who checked my vitals, was condescending and rude. I have never felt more disrespected in a clinic setting than I did here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and returned for my follow up appointment, hoping that I might have just arrived on a bad day. Each time I’ve visited this clinic, I am greeted with the same attitude by the reception staff and the doctor."

"The front desk ladies have ZERO customer service skills. Consistently over the years - rude, over talking, inpatient and snarky attitude. You would think they would be in a good mood atleast once , its always the same I dont give a ____ attitude. They represent the company so poorly. They make it so difficult and stressful to obtain the simplest of information."

"I will give 5 starts to Dr, Ramos( my doctor)Dr.Rubio( my husband doctor) & their assistants. BUT THE 3 FRONT DESK LADIES. THEY ARE THE WORST. What’s sad & bad they an are the first and last impression that you have from that office. They treat seniors like they don’t have seniors at home. Love my Doctor, love the location but I need to leave my doctor bc you called NEVER ANSWER the PHONE,NASTY ATTITUDE. THEY ARE RUDE. So bc of short staff this company are going to keep them so we need to start looking for another office. and star all over again. Maybe one day this company takes us seriously ."

"My mother goes to this clinic and if I may say the doctor was great but the front desk was absolutely amazing. I would like to in particularly thank the young lady that assisted us. Tatiana was very professional and super friendly with not only my mother but with many patients that came in. I would definitely advise any and everyone that is looking for a good clinic to go here. Super clean, friendly and an all around great experience."

"Customer service, empathy and friendliness sucks big time! The worse clinic to ever walk in to and they have no customer service or people skills. They need to be re-trained on how to deal with people, be friendly and show empathy. Now I understand why this locations looks empty all the time. People have said to me that the lady that sits in the middle desk has the worst attitude, rolling her eyes, and has an attitude all the time, never friendly."
