"Anyone in need of a chiropractor - look no further! I can't say enough about Dr. Miller and his staff and they deserve more than 5 stars. My back was shifted and I was in horrible pain, I had vertigo and headaches before seeing Dr. Miller. He provided me with a series of x-rays, explained what was going on and what we needed to do to change it. In less than 2 weeks he had me feeling like a whole new person. He listens carefully and spends time with me, I never feel rushed. He is a caring and professional doctor and I highly recommend him if you are in need of chiropractic care. He starts my week out on Monday with stretches and the most amazing adjustments and he makes a great start to my week!! Thank you Doc and staff for all that you have done for me and improving my spine health along with eliminating the vertigo I was dealing with for years. You guys are the BEST!!!"

I knew I needed to see a chiropractor because of their outstanding benefits but was hesitant to go to just anyone. "Dr. Miller is absolutely amazing. I’ve been going to see him on and off for almost 3 years now. Because of my busy schedule it’s hard for me to commit coming consistently but Dr. Miller and his staff are always flexible and willing to accommodate whenever they can. I even got my husband to start coming with me because he was complaining of back pain and neck pain. My husband has gotten so much better and is not in constant pain anymore. He goes much more consistently than I do. "Dr. Miller and his staff are great! Dr. Miller is very patient and really listens to your concerns. I have had some SI issues and he has gotten me back to my old self and back to doing yoga and swim again. The staff was also very accommodating and flexible in scheduling my appointments. "I was a patient here for several months for a pinched nerve in my neck area. I don't know if the chiropractor actually helped, but that's not why my review is only two stars. I was told on my first visit that my services would be covered 100% by my insurance. I was very happy about this, and agreed to visit three times a week for a month, then two times a week, and so on. At no time during the two months I visited did anyone mention that I was going to be charged any money. Eventually I received a letter from my insurance company that said "This is not a bill." but it said I may owe Dr. Miller for charges over what they cover. I immediately called Dr. Miller's office and the person who answered said they would check into it and let me know. No call back. I asked the receptionist at my next appointment about it. She seemed confused, and said she would let me know the next visit. I came the next visit, she knew nothing. I stopped going, worried that I was racking up a bill. Then, a couple weeks later, I got a bill for over $500, with a final notice saying if I didn't pay by the due date it would be sent to collections. I never got a single bill the entire time I was going to Dr. Miller, and no one bothered to inform me that I was incurring charges. I was not able to make an informed decision about my care. I am very frustrated by this. I asked that they cancel the charges, due to the circumstances. They seem to have taken $200 off my bill, but I still owe $326 and they are threatening to send it to collections again. I will not pay, and I encourage anyone going to Dr. Miller to make sure you are very clear about your insurance coverage. Speak with the insurance company before you trust the staff at Dr. Miller's office!"
