Myself and other people I know who go to this office have been told “go find a new doctor” to problems we have brought to them. Extremely unprofessional."

"So much wrong. The employees are absolutely worthless. Mammogram cd sent in from another facility out of state, and instead of uploading it and reading the obvious response is to throw it away! And call and let me know that is what they did! I immediately had another one sent and they now have it uploaded but can’t get around to reading it. We are over 30 days now. SSM Health I had results the next day. When I told them of Palos behavior they were appalled and gracefully helped me through. Had an unlicensed medical assistant give me her opinion as if it was the doctors. When I confronted the doctor on the opinion she denied advising that, and suggested I didn’t understand what she said. Funny that it was a recorded conversation and it is exactly what she said. A few weeks later had to call in after hours and the same assistant called back. I explained that we did not trust her opinion and would deal on our own. To be rewarded with constant and harassing calls. Seriously grow up! I completed the tests scheduled at the doctors office, knowing I had another doctor able to see results and correctly advise me. So what did Palos doc do? She threw a temper tantrum and wouldn’t load results and notes into my chart. A state board complaint has been started. Healthcare is absolutely necessary but not here!"
