Then when i called them i waited for ever to get someone on the phone. they keep transferring my call from one place to another waisting my time. We also have things to take care of too. Its a stupid system and it needs to be updated."

Noted that this is my very first time appointment with Dr. Klepek in hoping to establish care here. With great disappointment I decided to leave without meeting that Dr. Klepek.
