"Stay far away. Our insurance was out of network and we managed to get a gap exception. It didn’t matter because Cranial Technologies wanted the full amount ($2100) out of pocket even though we were going through insurance. They refused to file a claim with our insurance first. Would not recommend. A month of our time and energy wasted."
"Staff at this location was friendly but be aware that prior to any treatment you are expected to pay the full $2100 even with insurance. Cranial Technologies is not interested in submitting an insurance claim and instead require you to pay upfront. I cannot comment on the quality of treatment itself."
