"I tried to make an appointment for my mom and they say that they don’t accept her insurance, and I said that we can pay whatever we have to pay, but they refused us. They don’t care about people even if you offer them to pay with cash card any type of payment because they rip off way more money from insurance company."
"Disgusting attitude from the receptionist and their front staff. I made an appointment weeks in advance having spoken to them over the phone asking if they accepted my insurance , got rescheduled and showed up only to be told in an inconsiderate manner and attitude that they do not accept my insurance . Waste of time and horrible customer service."
"I do not like this office one bit. Always felt very disregarded and they just seem very unavailable. Never explained what would happen at my next visits or nothing. My visits were literally like “hi how are you? Any questions? Ok bye” Even though my paperwork from my last office clearly said to monitor my mood closely. I would love to use this office again because my husband and I were born at Lutheran General myself but I think I’ll be choosing elsewhere instead. I asked for my records to be sent to me and literally spoke to the person who does it and never received them. Like why? Sometimes you call to speak to a nurse and again…unavailable. For the longest time they couldn’t even get my name right in their system after I asked them over and over to correct it. I can’t forget the time one of the blonde Dr’s was clicking her pen at the front desk so the front desk associate would stop scheduling my appointment and take her request first, and totally blurted out someone’s personal health information right in front of me. One time I denied a physical examination and they made it out to be like it had to be done even though I wasn’t in the mood at all that day and I don’t have to do anything at your office that I don’t feel like doing, fyi. Now, I’m having serious problems with my birth control that they inserted and again…unavailable. And yes I am a patient here. And yes this is the correct office. My insurance pays out at 90% so I know very well I’m paying you good money. I would appreciate the care I deserve for your services."
"Everyone was super nice. Even the doctors. I wasn’t told I was going to be charged a new patient charge, even after insurance. I can’t recall the doctor I saw, I came in for an emergency iud removal. She was super nice and all that stuff but the issue I have is she took a look and said “this’ll be easy” didnt give me any warning and pulled it out super fast, practically plucked it out of me like a fish hook. I also didn’t receive an ultrasound afterwords.this was back in november, if I had the choice to see my gyno I would have but she’s been booked until my annual on the 30th of March. Their website is not working so I can’t even pay my bill. WTH"
"I appreciated how everyone was so kind and welcoming. What I didn't appreciate was that I was offered a STD test that cost more money. I asked the one inserting the IUD if it was necessary. She advised me it was my choice however for percussion a test should be done because an IUD shouldn't be inserted if a STD is present. My husband wanted to go ahead and do the test in some off case I contracted something overseas. When we were checking out and paying for the services, we asked for the results to the test. Come to find out, the IUD was inserted without the results. This means that we didn't need to pay $65 for a test. I didn't appreciate that. That seemed like a way to squeeze just a little more money out of us and we are self pay. That bothers me so much that I will not be returning here and I will find a more honest women's care."
