"This place is incredible. Fist time I get an appointment and the appointment doesn’t show up in their system and have me waiting for 1.5h to get me a shot. This time I make an appointment in the morning for a TB test, the appointment is confirmed and they have it in their systems and when I get there, THEY DON’T HAVE TB tests!!! Never coming back."

"I wish I could give the phone staff 5 stars and the nurse 0. She wouldn’t help me and sent me to urgent care to do the same test for double the price. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. Never go to this clinic."

"Hit or Miss. Lately, a miss. I went in to have stitches removed as a follow-up from an E.R. visit. Discharge papers in hand saying "Stiches may be removed in 3 days" and i was on day 4 and they flat out refused to do it. I explicitly asked "is it that you are unable, or are unwilling" and the reply, without even looking at my stiches, was "we use evidence based decision making". Well, the evidence is my face, which you haven't even looked at. When i asked where the nearest immediate care clinic was that i could go to where proper medical care would follow my request and the discharge orders, the response was "somewhere in skokie". Completely worthless service that Walgreens has partnered with."

"My son had a terrible ear infection. The receptionist had her back to us and was engaged in a personal conversation with the nurse practioner in the examination room. She motioned with her arm for us to check in at the screen. After a few failed attempts to check in at the poorly maintained screen and about 15 minutes. The receptionist finally noticed that we were having difficulty. At this point we left and went to the Immediate care clinic and had a much better experience."

"I visited this clinic today. I arrived around noon. They are open until 4:00. The minute I got to the receptionist she informed me they were not seeing any more patients today because they only had one nurse. I had terrible asthma/bronchitis and couldn't breathe very well. I told the receptionist that I was having trouble breathing. She didn't bat an eye. Really compassionate people So I went to Presence Health immediate care in park ridge. Told then I was having trouble breathing. They almost immediately brought me to a room. I needed to have a breathing treatment. They were absolutely awesome!! Shame on you advocate! God forbid the employees may have to stay past 4:00!!"
