"Dr Neuberger is an amazing doctor who explains medical issues and procedures to a level of understanding w care. He is patient and willing to fully listen. He has you feeling like he is on your side vs batting against him (common feeling in the field lately). Great knowledgeable doc even beyond his practicing field of interest! He also remembered details from 4.5 years ago that would not of been in his chart!!! Amazing doc highly recommend him as a peds cardiologist and beyond"

"I am very disappointed with the lab technician. She was trying to find a vein and couldn't, she was inserting and turning the needle in the baby's arm, it looked very unprofessional. I think that for a person with experience, especially with babies, it wouldn't take that long. I would like to say that we came back to repeat the blood test today. The nurse did an excellent job. Of course, it was a different nurse. Finally, she was able to make it so we don't have to come back again."

"My 3 month old daughter received exceptional care from the moment we walked into the ER until we were discharged from the pediatric unit. All of the nurses and doctors went above and beyond to help my baby and keep me and my husband updated with each decision made for her treatment plan. We stayed at the hospital for two nights and we experienced outstanding care and hospitality for the entirety of our stay. We made the decision to travel to this hospital from Lakeview, Chicago and we are so glad we did. Thank you to everyone who helped our baby girl heal from nasty RSV. "My son was hospitalized almost a month ago and was transferred to this hospital. I must say, that having a child in the hospital is probably the worst feeling in the world and this hospital sure made us all a priority to ensure we had an easy time coping with it. My son was given a nice room with a sofa bed for the parents to sleep plus a recliner bed. They brought in Lucy, a therapy dog that sure made my son happy. They have an art room on the second floor where the nurse in charge is super sweet with all the kids that show up. They are amazing! They also brought in a Chaplin and this amazing man named Bob that is an elder volunteer. I’m hoping for him to one day read this but he was the one person to lift me up in such a scary time. I am beyond thankful to all the nurses and people from the hospital. They go above and beyond servicing their patients and families. This hospital has pizza parties, magic shows and dedicated people working there. 5 stars all the way."
