"If I could give this place zero stars I would. It seems like almost everyone is happy with the services their kids receive, but I couldn't even get through the intake process. I was looking specifically for OT services for my son. The intake coordinator had trouble verifying my benefits. I tried to step in and help but she just stopped calling me back and responding to my emails. It's extremely difficult to find providers that are in network with UHC. I'm always fighting an uphill battle for my son. RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy has providers that are in network so I was hopeful to obtain services for him for after the first of the year, but unfortunately I'll have to look elsewhere now."
