USA Vein Clinics 14225 South 95th Avenue, Orland Park, IL 60462

"I had my procedure done at this location last yr… It’s been about over 6 months my veins are still very visible, I called to ask how long it will take for them to not look visible, Now their telling me that the people that were their last yr are no longer working there. I’m guessing they have new staff, now they’re saying that there is nothing they can do for me. I spoke to like 6 different people they kept hanging up on me or passing me over to different personnel.Everyone I spoke to were very rude to me, One person was comparing my procedure to a car, I told him what does procedure have to do with a car, he proceeded to tell me that sometimes when u buy a car it doesn’t come out like u expect, same thing with the veins. I had no idea what he was saying I paid alot of money for this procedure! Now they don’t want to help me! I am so upset over this! Can someone help me out what should I do??"

"Appointment took over 2 hours. They did do a complete scan and said I was not eligible for insurance to cover any treatment. I thought they could have done measurements first and determined that before a 2 hour scan. Only saw PA for 3 minutes at the end."

"When this was Vein Clinics of America Dr Youseff, Katie and staff were amazing. Since changing to USA Vein Clinics I have had the same appointment cancelled at least twice. I take off work for this appointment and am down to one PTO day left. So incredibly frustrating. I can’t even call and talk to the Orland Park staff because a scheduling service now has all calls routed to them. Very unhappy since the change."

"What is wrong with you people! You keep sending me these surveys & I was totally tossed to the curb! Had an appointment, then I was called 2 hours before to have it cancelled & rescheduled, get there at rescheduled appointment & no record what so ever.then try to call get put on hold multiple times, one time even a hang up. Left with someone telling me will get back with you! Still waiting, been over 2 weeks. If I could do less than 1 star I would!"

"Visiting Vein Clinics of America was like going to a "spa" for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff which consisted of nurses, doctors, and support staff were very welcoming, courteous, and professional. They greeted me with smiles, waited on me immediately, brought me a cold bottle of water, explained everything that I needed to know, listened patiently and I left feeling confident with the information that I received. It was my first visit and it left a POSITIVE FIRST IMPRESSION. It was truly a great experience and I would recommend Vein Clinics of America for anyone who needs them.
