"I see Dr. Patel for my rheumatory arthritis. I was on a medicine that I loved for 10+ years, but unfortunately my body got use to it and I needed to change medication. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns and helped me find something that worked. I am happy with Dr. Patel, but his staff, their ability to help, answer and/or return your call would get 1 star."

"Seen by Dr. Patel here in 6/2022. Got blood work done and the lab they use is Northwestern. Dr. Patel told me he would call me himself regarding blood work I had, but I had to call the office when the blood work results came in for someone to interpret the results. He did not call back himself and gave a message to his staff to relay to me. Went to pay the lab bill online multiple times and the account always showed no balance so I figured maybe the insurance covered the entire cost. Come to find out Northwestern sent me to debt collections for not receiving the bill without any sort of notice besides a paper bill in the mail a few times. Poor patient care and poor outside services used. I will not come back here again nor do any business with Northwestern medicine. I never had any issues with I stuck with Advocate physicians."
