"Went in with my bf, I have never felt so disrespected and offended based on my race and income. The nurse manager told my bf that they can’t take care of him because of my income which does not make any sense since he’s uninsured and we’re not married nor been together long enough to be considered common law. The nurse manager raised her voice as well as made accusations of my bf using foal language which wasn’t the case and she was called out for it! I would not recommend this place, very unprofessional and geared towards only the Hispanic community. I would question their standards as a place of business. Again, this is supposed to be a place for uninsured people and the denied his medical attention after going there since 2017!! This place should be shutdown!!"
"These people are a true blessing when you're down and out without insurance. Everybody I've ran into are super nice, they have a clean office, even though they're scheduling is very tight they got me in on a emergency basis and did a fantastic job of taking care of me! I could never thank these people enough. They also take donations either on-site or online and I will definitely take care of them in the near future when things get better for me."
"I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. Appointments usually proceed within a few minutes of the planned time, the staff doctors and students are all attentive and answer questions with direct, uncanned answers. Donate to them if you are able!"
"I have been a patient of the Old Irving Park Community Clinic for over a year. They have been extremely helpful and kind towards me. I have never dealt with doctors and a staffs that care so much about their patients. They will go out of their way to make sure they can help you in any way! I am extremely thankful for their help. May God Bless them all."
"The quality of the services provided in the clinic is better than at any for-profit facility I have been to. The doctors are awesome, they are super professional, they take their time and they really care. The nurses are kind and friendly. The moment you step in, the receptionists make you feel at home. Free doctor visits, tests, medicine, referrals and even specialists on site. Can't thank them enough for their work!"
