"Not a bad place to rent from"
"I've rented from this company for a couple years now. Before I would hear so bad things but I have to say Now this company is fantastic. Everyone in the office is understanding and kind. The gentlemen that come and fix any problem that pops up and offers advice on other things are wonderful. Tim himself has seen me in random places and always stops to compliment my front yard. I love my big house and fair rent. Close to the school and I can still afford it on my waitress pay. No one randomly stops by, if I have to be a couple days late on rent due to my check it wasn't a problem. I do randomly see a mouse in the house once in a while but it's because of the water source close to my house. But they have given me traps which helped but I finally decided to get a cat and they was totally okay with pets. Will be in my home a long time."
