"This is really a great place for the price. All amenities included except for electricity? What college student could ask for more? I don't know about you, but the internet is an important thing. Charter provides decent speeds here. With an ethernet cable, I was able to achieve almost 2 MBps. These apartments boast a spacious two and three bedroom apartments and a full kitchen. Think of Cougar Village, on SIUE campus, except easier on the pocketbook. There are 6 month and 12 month leasing options. Keep the place clean, pay the rent on time, and don't be too loud, a recipe for a great place to live."
