"The staff here is awesome. The main lobby is comfortable and welcoming, but the room was not. For some reason, I got a handicap room, and I'm not handicap. It's not really an issue unless somebody actually is handicap and I'm taking up the space. (I did not ask for a handicap room) Everything negative stems from the handicap shower. The shower was so poorly designed that water flowed out and onto the bathroom floor, all the way out to the toilet. The shower was so dirty that there were chunks of something on the floor along with hair that wasn't mine. The soap holder had clearly not been cleaned, and I did not use bar soap. Now, I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff. I'm sure they would have remedied it asap, but I don't feel like this is something you should have to ask for. It should just be cleaned from the start."

"No complaints other than the walls are paper thin and I was barely able to sleep due to noise. With the fan running constantly and ear plugs I could still hear the conversations in the rooms on either side of me."

"The rooms were great and service was perfect! Just one thing to note is that the walls are paper thin! If you are a light sleeping be sure to come prepared. Every step of neighbors above, below and to the sides is heard. You can literally make out the neighbors entire conversations… and snoring patterns."

"The hotel was wonderful, clean and very large rooms for wheelchair. The breakfast had a great selection, and there is a laundry room. Some meals and snacks in the lobby. Plenty of parking and well lite. The only issue was cold showers my last two days, Sunday and Monday. Great Channels selection on the tv, and large bathroom."

"The management team and staff were amazing. We so enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful very accommodating establishment. Will definitely stay again. Mist importantly the handicapped room was so open and spacious gir my Handicapped daughter who is in a wheelchair."
