Parc at 720 Apartments

"This place is a mess. When my roommates and I were moving in we were missing a smoke detector in a room, we found a pack of cigarettes on the counter that was left behind, the is still painters tape on the walls in certain places around the apartment. Our washing machine was messed up and we had maintenance come in to try to fix it 2 times then it flooded our apartment and then it was replaced afterwards. Then I had my car towed with no warning, then they just sent out a email saying we now have reserved parking. THATS THE ONE REASON I MOVED HERE! If they want reserved parking I’d rather go somewhere that’s is actually worth paying for."

"We love how easy transitioning our oldest son will be into his first home from us. It definitely meets all of our expectations. Great location, wonderful environment so close to his work, to the university as well, plus it's a beautiful place."

However, Nyah, the front desk receptionist, surprised me by knowing my mom by name and my mom even told me that the staff are all super nice to her.
