"Overall, I do love Quail Run Apartments. When I was looking for a place to rent, I was having trouble finding any place that I felt deserved the price of rent. The rent of the townhomes here is well worth it for the quality. The townhome is modern and very spacious. I haven't experienced any issues with loud neighbors. I can't even hear anyone through the wall! Compared to other apartment complexes I have lived in, Quail has been AMAZING!! The only complaints that I would have aren't even something that Quail can control. One is that there isn't a close gas station or grocery and that the water sometimes smells like rotten eggs, but neither are a big deal."
"I have lived in Quail Run for almost 2 years now and I like it so much! I love the area and I have always had a quick turn around time when contacting the leasing office! The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because our roads are not the best and they definitely need a little work, but otherwise I would recommend!"
"My family has lived in the apartments for a few years now. The office staff is responsive and kind. They have answered every text, email, and call we've sent their way. They also host such fun events throughout the year. We've made friendships with many of our neighbors and it's always great to connect with new neighbors as they move in. We have had a few issues over the years with some rowdy neighbors and drama but they've been few and far between so I can't complain. We feel safe in the apartment complex and appreciate the people that help the apartment complex stay safe and clean. I would definitely give the office a call if you're interested in moving in. It's a nice community and you might just find a wonderful new friend or two! :)"
"I have lived in Quail Run Apartments since 2019, I can truly not recommend them enough! I have lived in two different apartments in the 4 years I have been here. Each and every question I have asked has been responded to and explained throughly by Rachel, the leasing manager. The apartments are clean, well built and styled, very quiet where you do not hear your neighbors. They are truly a wonderful leasing company and I can’t recommend them enough to my friends and family, I just wish they had more apartments (like a mini town) so that more people could enjoy this little community we all share!"
